Treatment Co-ordinator (TCO) – Full Time

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Treatment Co-ordinator to join a modern, well-established orthodontic practice in Cranleigh. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, organised, and commercially minded individual to play a key role in both patient experience and practice growth.
The Role:
As a Treatment Co-ordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the patient journey, supporting patients from their initial enquiry through to treatment acceptance. You’ll build strong relationships, clearly explain treatment options, and help patients feel informed and confident in their decisions.
This role suits someone who enjoys combining excellent patient care with a proactive, target-driven approach.

Working Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 08:45 – 17:45
- Friday: 08:45 – 16:00
- Managing new patient enquiries and consultations
- Guiding patients through their treatment journey
- Explaining treatment plans, fees, and finance options
- Building rapport to support treatment uptake and conversions
- Following up leads and maintaining strong engagement
- Working closely with the clinical team to deliver a seamless experience
- Maintaining accurate records and patient communication
- Previous experience as a Treatment Co-ordinator (essential)
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Commercially aware and target-driven
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Passionate about delivering an excellent patient experience
- Specialist orthodontic setting
