The Role
As a Treatment Co-ordinator, you will be the key link between clinician and patient—building trust, presenting treatment plans, and converting enquiries into committed patients. You’ll play a crucial role in driving practice growth while ensuring every patient receives a premium experience.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Present and confidently sell treatment plans to patients
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the patient journey
- Build strong relationships and maintain patient engagement
- Handle enquiries and convert leads into booked treatments
- Support clinicians with patient communication and case follow-ups
- Use Dentally software to manage patient records and treatment plans
- Proven sales experience (essential)
- Strong customer service skills with a polished, professional approach
- Previous dental knowledge (essential)
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a proactive mindset
- Experience using Dentally software (desirable)
- Position: Treatment Co-ordinator
- Location: Knightsbridge
- Type: Private Cosmetic Dental Practice
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Working Pattern: Rota basis Monday–Sunday (days off in the week if weekend shifts are worked)
- Salary: Up to £19 per hour (dependent on experience)
