A well-established, mixed dental practice in Ipswich is seeking an Associate Dentist to join its experienced and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is confident delivering NHS dentistry, with the added flexibility to provide private and cosmetic treatments within a supportive, patient-centred environment.

📅 Working Pattern
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • No weekends or bank holidays
  • Full-time, predictable schedule supporting work–life balance
💷 Remuneration & Structure
  • 50% private fee split
  • NHS UDA rate up to £13
  • Stable NHS patient flow with additional private potential

This role is primarily NHS-focused, with the opportunity to offer private and cosmetic treatments where appropriate. You’ll be stepping into a well-maintained patient list with established demand, allowing for a smooth and consistent workload from the outset.

👤 Ideal Candidate

Essential:
  • GDC registered with full UK working rights
  • Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience
  • Confident working within an NHS dental structure
  • Reliable, professional, and patient-focused approach
Desirable:
  • Prior NHS practice experience
  • Interest in developing cosmetic dentistry skills
