• Position: Associate Dentist
• Employment Type: Permanent

• Working Days: Tuesday & Wednesday
• Optional Saturdays: 09:00 – 13:00
• Additional Weekday Sessions Available for candidates seeking more days
• Start Date: ASAP

⏰ Working Hours

• Tuesday: 09:00 – 18:00
• Wednesday: 09:00 – 17:00
• Optional Saturdays: 09:00 – 13:00

The structure allows time to properly build rapport with patients and gradually develop treatment acceptance without feeling rushed or target-driven.

💷 Remuneration

• £13 per UDA
• 50% private split
• 50/50 lab fees
• Significant long-term private earning potential 💸

Importantly, the NHS contract within the practice is very small and primarily covered elsewhere later in the week, meaning this role is heavily geared toward new patient development and private growth rather than NHS volume.
