The Role
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday: 9:00am–6:00pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 10:00am–5:00pm
- Working within a fully private practice
- Dental software: Upod

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator (essential)
- Strong sales ability with a consistent track record of converting consultations
- Excellent knowledge of dental implants
- Confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and commercially aware
- Professional, polished and patient-focused
- £38,000 base salary
- Realistic on-target earnings around £72,000
- High earning potential within a busy private practice
- Exposure to premium, high-value treatments
- Established patient base with strong enquiry levels
- Supportive clinical and management team
