We are recruiting a reliable and GDC-registered Dental Nurse to join a well-established mixed dental practice on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse looking for work–life balance, strong clinical exposure, and a practice that genuinely invests in its team.

Working Pattern
- Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- 1-hour lunch break
- No weekends
- No bank holidays
- Mixed practice delivering predominantly high-quality clinical dentistry
- 4 surgeries currently
- Clinical mix includes:
- General Dentistry
- Oral Surgery
- Endodontics
- Implant Dentistry
- Uses R4 dental software (with potential move to Dentally)
- Residential parking available nearby
- Friendly, sociable team with regular social activities
This is a predominantly clinical dental nursing role, with only very occasional reception cover. You will be involved in:
- Chairside assistance across a wide range of procedures
- Preparing and maintaining surgeries to high infection-control standards
- Instrument decontamination and cross-infection compliance
- Accurate clinical note-taking using R4 (and Dentally in future)
- Supporting patients with communication, reassurance, and aftercare
- Working closely with clinicians in a supportive, team-focused environment
- GDC-registered Dental Nurse
- Reliable, professional, and patient-focused
- Up-to-date immunisations
- Interest in progressing towards a specialist dental nursing pathway
- Willingness to develop skills across advanced procedures
- £13.00 – £15.00 per hour, depending on experience
