Dental Recruit Network is working closely with a friendly, modern specialist private practice in Beckenham to recruit an experienced Lead Dental Nurse. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and organised dental nurse who enjoys leadership responsibilities and supporting a high-quality clinical team.
The practice provides general and specialist dentistry with a strong focus on implant treatments, using Exact dental software, and prides itself on delivering excellent patient care within a supportive and professional environment.

Working Hours:

• Wednesday: 08:00 – 17:30
• Thursday: 10:00 – 16:00
• Friday: 08:00 – 17:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting the dental nursing team in a positive and professional manner
• Organising and managing staff rotas
• Overseeing and maintaining effective stock control
• Ensuring high clinical standards and smooth day-to-day operations within the practice

Essential Requirements:

• GDC registered Dental Nurse
• Strong spoken English and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and the ability to manage clinical compliance effectively
• Previous experience supporting implant dentistry is advantageous

Desirable:

• Knowledge of SOE / Exact dental software
