Permanent | Full-Time | Immediate Start Available
A well-established private dental practice in Winchester is seeking a qualified Dental Nurse to join its experienced and supportive clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident nurse looking to work across a wide range of treatments within a structured, modern private environment.
🏥 About the Practice
This contemporary practice is made up of four surgeries (three dental and one hygiene room) and offers a calm, professional setting with a strong focus on patient care and clinical quality.
• Wide range of treatments including general dentistry, Invisalign, orthodontics, and endodontics
• Well-organised systems in place using SOE software
• Clear clinical protocols and structured workflows
• Supportive, collaborative team culture
• Strong emphasis on patient comfort and experience
📅 Working Hours
• Monday: 10:45am – 6:45pm
• Tuesday to Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
• One Saturday per month: 8:45am – 1:45pm
• Total: 37.5 hours per week
💷 Salary & Benefits
• £14–£16 per hour (depending on experience)

👩⚕️ Candidate Requirements
Essential:
• GDC registered Dental Nurse
• 1–2 years post-qualification experience
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Desirable:
• Local to Winchester
• Flexible with occasional Saturday work
• Experience across orthodontics, endodontics, and general dentistry
