🌟 The Role Position: Associate Dentist
Employment Type: Permanent
Practice Type: Private
  • 📅 Working Days: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
  • Hours: 8:45am – 5:45pm (Friday finishes 30 minutes earlier)
  • 🍽️ Break: 1-hour lunch
  • 💻 Software: SOE
You’ll be stepping into a fully established and well-looked-after patient list, taking over from a departing clinician. Alongside this, the practice benefits from strong and consistent new patient demand, giving you an immediate and sustainable workflow from day one.

This role is centred around high-quality general dentistry, with full clinical freedom to build your approach and rapport with patients.

👤 About You

We’re looking for a clinician who combines clinical confidence with a patient-first mindset:

Essential:
  • ✅ Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in general dentistry
  • 🦷 Strong foundation in delivering high-quality general treatments
  • ⚡ Positive, proactive attitude with a desire to grow
  • 🗣️ Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
Desirable:
  • 🎓 Postgraduate qualifications or additional training
  • 🏥 Experience within a private practice setting
  • 💡 Exposure to cosmetic or orthodontic treatments (or keen interest to develop)
Strong NHS-trained dentists are absolutely welcome—what matters most is your clinical standard, mindset, and ambition.
