DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR – CHISLEHURST

Are you a friendly, organised, and enthusiastic dental professional looking for an exciting new role? We are working closely with a small, welcoming private dental practice in Chislehurst to recruit a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join their close-knit team.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
• 2 Saturdays per month: 9:00am – 1:00pm

Role Overview:

As our Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the patient experience, ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and welcoming.
You’ll be responsible for:

• Talk patients through treatment plans and financial options with confidence
• Book follow-up appointments and manage patient communications
• Process payments and organise finance options
• Support the team in the day-to-day running of the practice 

You will liaise closely with clinicians and staff to ensure the patient experience is smooth, organised, and professional.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience in a private dental practice
• At least 1 year as a Treatment Coordinator
• A dental nursing background would be a real advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident discussing treatment plans and financial options
• Excellent grammatical and numeracy skills
• Long-term commitment and a friendly, energetic personality 

Skills & Attributes:

• Organised and detail-oriented
• Able to drive sales while maintaining excellent patient care
• Confident and professional in all patient interactions
• Familiarity with SOE software preferred
