ORTHODONTIC DENTAL NURSE / TREATMENT COORDINATOR (TCO)
🗓 5 Days per Week | Monday to Friday
💷 £38,000 – £40,000 per annum (DOE)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Orthodontic Dental Nurse to join a well-established practice. This role offers a varied position combining both clinical nursing and Treatment Coordinator responsibilities; however, the practice is also happy to offer a purely dental nursing role should this be your preference.
Role Structure (Flexible):
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Wednesday: 10:00am – 7:30pm

- 2 days Treatment Coordinator (TCO) duties
Alternatively: full-time dental nursing only
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Wednesday: 10:00am – 7:30pm
🦷 Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties:
- Chairside assistance for orthodontic procedures
- Supporting both fixed and removable appliance treatments
- iTero scanning and dental photography
- Maintaining high cross-infection control standards
- Conducting patient consultations
- Clearly explaining treatment options, timelines and fees
- Presenting treatment plans and supporting case acceptance
- Managing the patient journey from consultation through to completion
- Delivering an excellent patient experience and building strong rapport
- Previous orthodontic nursing experience
- Prior TCO experience (preferred but not essential if opting for nursing-only role)
- Confident with iTero scanning and dental photography
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using SOE software
