We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head Dental Nurse to join our friendly 6-surgery mixed dental practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and organised dental nurse looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and modern environment.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head Dental Nurse to join our friendly 6-surgery mixed dental practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and organised dental nurse looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and modern environment.
✨ The RoleAs Head Dental Nurse, you will play a key leadership role within the practice, including:
- Training and supporting the nursing team 👩⚕️
- Carrying out nursing duties 2 days per week and providing sickness/holiday cover
- Managing audits and assisting with CQC compliance 📋
- Stock control and organisation
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- 6-surgery mixed practice (30% NHS)
- Regional Practice Manager support (off-site)
- Modern software: Dentally 💻
- Treatments include:
- Implants
- Teeth Whitening
- Invisalign ✨
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 – 17:30
- Full-time position
- Up to £17 per hour

- Additional holiday accrued yearly 🌴
- GDC registered
- Minimum 3 years’ dental nursing experience
- Strong initiative and leadership qualities
- Excellent organisational skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous Head or Lead Dental Nurse experience
- Implant nursing experience or qualification
- ASAP
- Initial interview
- Followed by a paid 2–3 hour trial day
