An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Associate Dentist to join a thriving mixed practice in Brighton, offering a predominantly private patient base, state-of-the-art technology, and outstanding opportunities to grow private income.
This role is ideal for a confident clinician who enjoys delivering high-quality dentistry and is looking to work in a modern, progressive practice where advanced treatments and private case acceptance are actively encouraged. With a low NHS commitment of approximately 1,000 UDAs per year, you'll have plenty of scope to focus on private dentistry while maintaining a varied clinical workload.
📍 The Role
Position: Associate Dentist
Employment Type: Permanent – Part-Time
Practice Type: Mixed (Mainly Private)
Working Pattern: 2 days per week - ideally including alternate Saturdays or once per month.
Start Date: ASAP
⏰ Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 9:00 – 5:30
Saturdays: 09:00 – 15:00
💷 Remuneration
✨ Up to £15 per UDA (DOE)
✨ 45% private split
✨ 50/50 lab fees
✨ Excellent private earning potential with strong patient demand

Essential:
✔ GDC-registered Dentist
✔ Confident delivering high-quality general dentistry
✔ Comfortable treating both NHS and private patients
✔ Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
Desirable:
⭐ Experience with Implants and/or Invisalign
⭐ Interest in advanced or cosmetic dentistry
⭐ Ambitious clinician looking to maximise private earnings
