Alongside chairside nursing duties, you'll gradually take ownership of key operational and compliance functions, including:

πΉ Assisting with day-to-day practice organisation
πΉ Monitoring stock levels and clinical supplies
πΉ Supporting compliance and governance processes
πΉ Taking an active role in CQC preparation and standards management
πΉ Ensuring clinical protocols are followed consistently
πΉ Helping maintain a positive and productive team culture
πΉ Acting as a key point of communication between management and the nursing team
Full training and support can be provided for nurses who have limited exposure to compliance or CQC processes but are eager to learn.

Essential
β GDC-registered Dental Nurse
β Minimum 2β3 years of nursing experience

β Strong organisational skills
