📍 The Role
- Position: Head Dental Receptionist
- Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time (40 hours per week)
- Practice: Private
- Dentistry: General & Restorative
- Software: SOE / Exact
- Salary: £16.00–£19.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
- Rotating shifts between 8:00am – 8:00pm (Monday–Thursday)
- Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
- Occasional weekend cover (2 Saturdays or Sundays per month – never both in the same weekend)
- Time off in lieu provided for all weekend shifts
- Previous Dental Receptionist experience is essential
- Confident using SOE / Exact dental software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong written and spoken English
- Organised, professional and able to thrive in a busy practice
