Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (Flexible start/finish times available)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational and financial performance of the NHS contract.
- Lead, recruit, and support practice staff to maintain high operational standards.
- Drive patient experience and business growth for both NHS and private streams.
- Ensure full CQC compliance and clinical governance across all 7 surgeries.
- Must have direct experience managing an NHS dental contract.
- Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager (3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and dental practice compliance.
- Exceptional team leadership and communication skills.
