Are you a GDC-registered Dental Nurse looking for a role where you can develop your clinical skills while potentially progressing into Treatment Coordination (TCO) in the future?
We're recruiting on behalf of a modern 2-surgery private dental practice looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Dental Nurse to join its friendly team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, takes pride in providing great patient care, and is keen to develop professionally. For the right person, there is also the potential to progress towards a Treatment Coordinator role through training and development over time.
Importantly, previous TCO experience is not essential — the practice is happy to support someone who has the ambition and interest to develop in this direction.

General Dentistry

This provides an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience within private dentistry while working alongside experienced clinicians.
🧩 Your Responsibilities
As a Dental Nurse, you'll:
Provide high-quality chairside support across a range of private treatments
Assist with implant, Invisalign, veneer, and general dental procedures
Prepare and maintain surgeries to excellent clinical standards
Follow infection prevention and cross-contamination protocols
Maintain a professional and reassuring patient experience
Support the wider team with the smooth running of the practice
Work collaboratively with clinicians and colleagues
Take an active role in the day-to-day running of the practice
The practice is looking for someone who is willing to get stuck in, take responsibility, and be a genuine team player.
