You'll be joining an experienced and welcoming team that understands the vital role Dental Nurses play in creating outstanding patient experiences. What You'll Be Doing:
• Providing high-quality chairside assistance to clinicians across a variety of dental treatments
• Preparing surgeries and ensuring all equipment, instruments, and materials are ready for each session
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cross-infection control and decontamination in line with HTM 01-05 guidance
• Updating and maintaining accurate digital patient records
• Supporting clinicians to ensure efficient appointment flow and an excellent patient journey
• Delivering reassurance and outstanding care to patients before, during, and after treatment
• Ensuring CQC requirements and practice protocols are consistently met
• Assisting with occasional reception and administrative duties, including patient enquiries and appointment coordination
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to support the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
What We're Looking For:
✔ GDC Registered Dental Nurse
✔ Previous experience within a dental practice environment
✔ Dentally experience would be advantageous
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise effectively in a busy setting
✔ A genuine passion for patient care and teamwork
✔ Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally
