We’re looking for an experienced and confident Lead Dental Nurse to join our friendly mixed practice in Salisbury.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated nurse ready to take the next step into a leadership role, supervising a team of 6 nurses while helping deliver outstanding patient care across general, restorative, cosmetic, and orthodontic dentistry.

As Lead Dental Nurse, you’ll play a key part in keeping the practice running smoothly. You’ll:
- Lead and support a team of 6 nurses
- Ensure CQC compliance and high clinical standards
- Assist chair-side across a variety of treatments
- Oversee decontamination and infection control
- Support reception and manage patient records (Dentally)
- Help with rotas and day-to-day organisation
- GDC registered Dental Nurse (essential)
- Confident leading and motivating a team
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience with Dentally (preferred)
- Passion for great patient care and teamwork
