This is a fantastic role for a motivated dental professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard clinical environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while leading and supporting a nursing team.

💼 The Role Will Include:
✅ Leading and supporting the dental nursing team
✅ Ensuring smooth day-to-day clinical operations
✅ Maintaining high CQC and compliance standards
✅ Stock control and ordering supplies
✅ Assisting across specialist treatments when required
✅ Supporting clinicians and ensuring exceptional patient care
✅ Helping maintain an organised, efficient, and positive working environment
👀 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Previous Head Dental Nurse or strong senior nursing experience
✔️ Solid specialist/private dental experience essential
✔️ Strong leadership and organisational skills
✔️ Excellent knowledge of CQC requirements and compliance
✔️ Experience with stock ordering and practice coordination
✔️ Outstanding communication skills – written and spoken
✔️ Professional, proactive, and team-focused attitude
✔️ GDC registered dental nurse
