β Leading and supporting the dental nursing team
β Ensuring smooth day-to-day clinical operations
β Maintaining high CQC and compliance standards
β Stock control and ordering supplies
β Assisting across specialist treatments when required
β Supporting clinicians and ensuring exceptional patient care
β Helping maintain an organised, efficient, and positive working environment
π What Weβre Looking For:
βοΈ Previous Head Dental Nurse or strong senior nursing experience
βοΈ Solid specialist/private dental experience essential
βοΈ Strong leadership and organisational skills
βοΈ Excellent knowledge of CQC requirements and compliance
βοΈ Experience with stock ordering and practice coordination
βοΈ Outstanding communication skills β written and spoken
βοΈ Professional, proactive, and team-focused attitude
βοΈ GDC registered dental nurse
