We are seeking a motivated and clinically confident Associate Dentist to join a well-established, modern private dental practice in Eastleigh. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy, well-maintained patient list, including a strong Denplan base, within a supportive and progressive clinical environment. ✨

This role is ideal for a dentist looking to combine clinical stability, strong patient flow, and long-term professional development, with clear opportunities to expand into cosmetic and orthodontic dentistry.

📍 The Role:

• Position: Associate Dentist
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Practice Type: Private
• Working Days: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
• Hours: 08:45 – 17:45 (Friday finishes slightly earlier)
• Lunch: 1-hour break
• Software: SOE (Software of Excellence)

You will be taking over a well-established and fully maintained patient list from a departing clinician, ensuring a smooth transition and immediate clinical demand from day one. The practice also benefits from consistent new patient flow, supporting ongoing growth.

🦷 Clinical Scope & Development:

This role is centred around high-quality general dentistry, with full clinical autonomy and support to develop your own approach.

There is also strong encouragement and support to expand clinically into:

• Cosmetic dentistry ✨
• Orthodontics 😁
• Development of a special interest area (with practice support) 📈

👤 What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• 1–2 years’ experience in general dentistry
• Strong clinical foundation in delivering high-quality general dental care
• Confident communicator with a patient-focused approach
• Positive, proactive attitude with a desire for clinical growth and development
• Strong written and spoken communication skills

Desirable:

• Experience in a private dental setting
• Exposure to or interest in cosmetic or orthodontic dentistry
• Additional postgraduate training or qualifications

NHS or mixed-background dentists are very welcome—what matters most is clinical quality, attitude, and ambition.
