Dental Receptionist – Part Time
📍 Location: West London (W2)

We’re recruiting for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join a modern, friendly mixed dental practice in the heart of West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive team in a well-established clinic offering a wide range of treatments.

The Role

• Part-time position (4 days per week)
• Monday to Thursday
• 08:30am – 5:30pm
• Welcoming patients and managing the front desk
• Handling appointments, calls, and patient queries
• Supporting smooth day-to-day practice operations

• Well-established 4-surgery practice
• Mixed practice offering:
  • General dentistry
  • Cosmetic treatments
  • Orthodontics
  • Implants
  • Facial aesthetics
• Friendly, professional team with a strong patient focus

What We’re Looking For
Essential:

• Previous dental reception experience
• Confident using Dentally software

Desirable:

• GDC registered (not essential)
• TCO experience or an interest in supporting with treatment coordination

Salary & Benefits

• £18–£20 per hour (depending on experience)
