📅 Working Pattern
Flexible 2–5 days per week (tailored to individual availability)
• Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
• Tuesday: 09:00 – 19:00 (extended hours)
• 1 in 3 Saturdays: 09:00 – 15:00
The structure is designed to offer flexibility while maintaining a consistent and well-supported clinical diary.
💷 Remuneration
• 40–45% of fees (negotiable depending on experience)
• Attractive bonus potential for Invisalign, endodontics, and root canal treatments 💸

• General Private Dentistry
• Dental Implants
• Invisalign / Orthodontics
• Endodontics / Root Canal Treatment (development encouraged)
• Restorative and cosmetic dentistry
This role offers excellent scope for expanding clinical skills while maintaining a strong general dentistry foundation.
🧩 Role & Responsibilities
• Delivering high-quality private dental care across a varied patient base
• Providing cosmetic and restorative treatments, including Invisalign cases
• Developing endodontic skills and supporting more complex treatments
• Building strong, long-term patient relationships based on trust and communication 🤝
• Maintaining accurate clinical records using Dentally software
• Working collaboratively with the wider clinical team to ensure seamless patient journeys
• Supporting case acceptance and contributing to practice growth
👤 Candidate Requirements
Essential:
• GDC-registered Dentist
• Strong foundation in general dentistry
• Confident communicator with a patient-focused, ethical approach
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently when required
Desirable:
• Experience or interest in Invisalign and endodontics
• Ambition to develop within private and advanced restorative dentistry
