Are you an experienced Dental Nurse looking to take the next step in your career? We're recruiting on behalf of a friendly, family-owned independent private dental practice in Beaconsfield for a Lead Dental Nurse to join their welcoming and supportive team.

This well-established private practice offers a wide range of treatments, including:

• General Dentistry
• Dental Implants
• Aesthetic Dentistry
• Endodontics

The Role:
As the Lead Dental Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinical team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing chairside support across a variety of dental procedures.
• Preparing surgeries and ensuring they are fully equipped for each clinical session.
• Leading and supporting the nursing team while maintaining high clinical standards.
• Managing stock control and ordering of clinical supplies.
• Assisting with compliance, cross-infection control and decontamination procedures.
• Maintaining accurate patient records using SOE Exact software.
• Supporting the reception team when required.
• Helping to create a friendly, professional and collaborative working environment.

What We're Looking For:

• GDC registered Dental Nurse.
• Previous experience using SOE Exact is essential.
• Previous leadership or senior nursing experience is desirable.
• Willingness to assist on reception when required.
• Ability to travel between the Beaconsfield and Iver practices (approximately 16 minutes apart) to provide holiday and sickness cover.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.

Hours:

Monday – Thursday
08:15am – 5:00pm (first patient at 8:30am)
Friday
07:45am – 3:00pm (first patient at 8:00am)
40 hours per week

Salary:

• From £16.50 per hour, depending on experience.
