✅ Solid previous Dental Practice Manager experience
✅ Strong leadership and people-management skills
✅ Excellent knowledge of CQC requirements
✅ Experience working across NHS and private dentistry
✅ Strong organisational and operational skills
✅ The confidence to lead a busy team and make decisions
✅ A professional, proactive and solutions-focused approach
Orthodontic experience would be a strong advantage.
