The Role

- Salary: £36,000 gross per annum, plus well-paid overtime by arrangement
- Working days: Monday to Friday

- Dentistry: General, Orthodontics, Implants and Endodontics
- Start date: Flexible – the practice is happy to wait for the right candidate
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Friday: 9:00 am – 4:30 pm
- One late evening per week until 7:30 pm
- Additional overtime available at an attractive rate, by arrangement
- Providing dedicated chairside support to the orthodontist three days per week.
- Assisting one of the practice dentists on the remaining two days.
- Supporting a range of treatments, including general dentistry, orthodontics, dental implants and endodontics.
- Taking full responsibility for orthodontic stock management and overseeing general stock management in designated areas of the practice.
- Carrying out occasional reception duties and supporting the smooth running of the practice.
- Assisting with selected Care Quality Commission (CQC) compliance tasks.
- Maintaining high standards of cross-infection control, clinical safety and patient care.
- Previous orthodontic nursing experience is essential.
- Excellent chairside assisting and organisational skills.
- A proactive, reliable and professional approach.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude.
- The ability to manage stock efficiently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Experience using Exact dental practice management software.
- Experience in implant dentistry and endodontics.
- Familiarity with CQC requirements and practice compliance procedures.
- A competitive salary of £36,000 per annum.
