As Practice Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the practice operates efficiently while maintaining excellent standards of patient care, organisation and service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the practice
- Leading, supporting and coordinating the wider practice team
- Helping maintain an excellent patient experience
- Supporting operational efficiency and practice standards
- Working closely with clinicians to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintaining an organised and professional working environment
- Supporting team communication and development
- Helping ensure patients receive a consistently high standard of service

- General Dentistry
- Specialist Orthodontics

🔑 Essential Requirements
We're looking for someone with:
- At least 2 years' experience as a Practice Manager within a private dental practice
- Proficiency in Dentally practice management software
- Fluent, confident spoken English and excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities
- A proactive, professional approach to managing practice operations
- A patient-focused mindset and commitment to high standards
The following would be advantageous:
- GDC registration
- Knowledge of dental compliance and regulatory requirements
- Additional post-qualification certifications, such as radiography, sedation or implant qualifications
- Previous Treatment Coordinator (TCO) experience
- Front-of-house or dental reception experience
📍 The Opportunity
- Position: Practice Manager
- Contract: Permanent, full-time
- Practice type: Private
- Working days: Monday–Saturday, with alternate Saturdays
- Hours: 8:45am–5:45pm
- Lunch: One-hour break
- Saturday working: Day off in lieu when a Saturday is worked
- Software: Dentally
- Salary: £42,000–£45,000
