The Role
- Supporting clinicians during a range of general dental procedures.
- Preparing surgeries, instruments and materials ahead of appointments.
- Carrying out decontamination and infection control procedures in line with practice guidelines.
- Helping ensure appointments run smoothly and patients feel comfortable and well cared for.
- Maintaining high standards of clinical care, organisation and cleanliness.
- Working collaboratively with the wider dental team to provide an excellent patient experience.
- Salary from £12.71 per hour, depending on experience.
- Permanent, full-time position.
- Monday-to-Friday working – no weekends!
- Friendly and supportive team environment.
- Established four-surgery practice.
- CPD support and opportunities for professional development.
- Uniform provided.
- Free parking within walking distance of the practice.
- Predominantly private dentistry, with a very small children's NHS contract.
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:30pm
- Friday: 8:00am–4:30pm
- Essential: GDC registration.
- Previous experience as a Dental Nurse.
- Good communication skills and a caring, patient-focused approach.
- Dentally software experience would be an advantage.
