🦷 The Role:
- Managing patient enquiries and converting enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinating treatment plans and supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
- Liaising with clinicians and the wider dental team.
- Supporting the smooth running of the patient journey from initial enquiry to treatment acceptance.
- Monday–Friday: 8:45 am – 6:00 pm
- One Saturday: 8:45 am – 2:00 pm
- At least 1 year of experience working as a TCO.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, organised and patient-focused approach.
- Experience within private dentistry.
- Experience using Exact dental software.
