- Uses Exact dental software
- Supportive and welcoming team
- Greeting patients and delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Managing appointments and maintaining an efficient diary
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records
- Liaising with clinicians and the wider practice team
- Ensuring the reception area is organised and welcoming
- Previous dental reception experience is essential
- Experience using Exact software is desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Friendly, professional, and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Permanent, full-time position
- Monday to Friday working pattern – no weekends
