The Role
- Guiding patients through their treatment journey for high-value private treatments, including implants and orthodontics, from initial consultation through to treatment planning and finance options
- Building rapport and trust with patients to support informed decision-making around significant treatment investment
- Supporting front-of-house duties, including some reception and patient coordination
- Working closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Working towards KPIs and targets focused on patient conversion and care quality (not commission-based)
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator within a dental practice is essential; experience with implants and/or orthodontic treatment coordination is a strong advantage
- Comfortable discussing premium, fully private treatment plans and finance options with patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuinely patient-focused approach
- Comfortable working to targets and KPIs in a supportive, non-commission environment
- A background as a Dental Nurse would be a strong advantage, but is not essential
- No clinical/nursing duties are required for this role
- Salary of up to £35,000, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday working pattern — no weekends
