Salary: £18.00 per hour

🕘 Working Pattern
Monday–Saturday | 8:45am–5:45pm
✨ Alternate Saturdays
✨ Day off in lieu when a Saturday is worked
✨ 1-hour lunch break

You'll be joining a modern private dental environment offering a broad range of high-quality treatments, including:
✨ General Dentistry
✨ Cosmetic Dentistry
✨ Specialist Orthodontics
✨ Dental Implants
The practice places a strong emphasis on exceptional patient care, clinical standards and creating a welcoming experience for every patient.
Using Dentally software, you'll work closely with clinicians and the wider team to support the efficient running of the practice.
💙 Your Role
As an experienced Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the practice and leading the wider team.
Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Supporting the overall day-to-day management of the practice
✔ Leading, motivating and supporting the dental team
✔ Monitoring compliance and clinical standards
✔ Supporting infection control and health & safety procedures
✔ Ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed
✔ Supporting team performance and development
✔ Working closely with clinicians and management
✔ Helping maintain an exceptional patient journey
✔ Supporting the efficient organisation of the practice
✔ Acting as a confident and approachable point of contact for the team
🚀 What We're Looking For
Essential
✔ Previous experience specifically as a Dental Assistant Manager
✔ Proven experience managing and leading a dental team
✔ Strong knowledge of Dentally
✔ Excellent understanding of dental compliance
✔ Confident and assertive leadership style
✔ Kind, caring and approachable personality
✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✔ Ability to maintain high standards and hold the team accountable
Desirable
⭐ GDC Registered
⭐ Previous experience preparing for or successfully passing a CQC audit
⭐ Experience within a private dental practice
⭐ Strong understanding of dental practice operations
