- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice
- Leading, motivating, and supporting the clinical and non-clinical team
- Managing rotas, staffing, and performance
- Maintaining compliance with CQC and regulatory requirements
- Monitoring KPIs and supporting business growth
- Ensuring exceptional patient service and experience
- Managing operational efficiency and practice performance
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
- Working closely with clinicians to ensure smooth practice workflows
Essential:
- Previous management experience within a Dental, Medical Aesthetics, Spa, Dermatology, or similar healthcare environment
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a busy environment
