A well-established private dental practice in Chester is seeking a confident and personable Dental Nurse to join the team in a Treatment Coordinator-focused position.
This role is ideal for someone who has developed strong clinical experience but is now looking to move away from spending every day chairside and into a position with greater responsibility for patient communication, treatment coordination and case progression.
You don't necessarily need previous TCO experience. The practice is particularly interested in someone with the right personality, clinical understanding and ambition to develop.

The majority of your time will be dedicated to Treatment Coordination and managing the patient journey, with some nursing responsibilities retained to provide clinical cover when needed.

You'll play a central role in helping patients move confidently through their treatment journey.
From the initial consultation onwards, you'll be responsible for making sure patients understand their treatment, feel supported and know what happens next.
