We are currently recruiting for an experienced Treatment Co-ordinator (TCO) to join a prestigious private dental practice in Harley Street, London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, commercially driven Treatment Co-ordinator with strong specialist knowledge and a proven track record in treatment planning, patient conversion and sales.
The Position
Position: Treatment Co-ordinator
Employment: Full Time
Practice Type: Private
Location: Harley Street, London
Working Days: Monday–Friday, with 1–2 Saturdays per month
Hours: 40–45 hours per week
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Dentistry The practice provides a broad range of private dentistry, including:
- General Dentistry
- Dental Implants
- Oral Surgery
- Cosmetic Dentistry
- Managing patients throughout their treatment journey from consultation through to treatment acceptance
- Working closely with clinicians to develop and present comprehensive treatment plans
- Clearly explaining treatment options, costs and associated procedures to patients
- Building trust and rapport with patients and providing an exceptional patient experience
- Following up consultations and outstanding treatment plans
- Maximising treatment acceptance and conversion
- Supporting clinicians with complex and specialist treatment planning
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring all treatment plans are documented correctly
- Working towards practice targets while maintaining the highest standards of patient care
- Liaising effectively with the clinical and administrative teams
- Strong experience as a Treatment Co-ordinator within private dentistry
- Excellent knowledge of specialist and complex dental treatments
- Strong understanding of implants, oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry
- Proven sales and treatment conversion skills
- Excellent treatment planning knowledge
- Confidence presenting high-value treatment plans to patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, polished and confident manner
- Strong commercial awareness with a patient-first approach
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, premium private dental environment
