🦷 A Role With More Variety

This isn't a purely clinical Dental Nursing position.

You'll continue to provide chairside support, while also becoming more involved in the patient journey and wider practice operations.

Your responsibilities could include:

Providing chairside nursing support across a range of treatments
Building strong relationships with patients
Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey
Assisting with Treatment Coordinator consultations and discussions
Helping patients understand proposed treatment and their next steps
Following up with patients regarding treatment
Coordinating appointments and treatment journeys
Supporting treatment progression
Completing administrative duties
Liaising with clinicians and the wider practice team
Ensuring patients receive a professional and welcoming experience from consultation through to completion

This makes the position particularly well suited to a Dental Nurse who enjoys talking to patients and wants greater responsibility within the practice.
