An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced TCO to join a modern private dental practice in Bexleyheath, working alongside an experienced clinical team and supporting patients through their treatment journey from consultation through to completion.
This is a role for someone who is confident, enthusiastic and commercially driven, with the ability to build genuine relationships with patients while consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs.

Position: Treatment Coordinator
Location: Bexleyheath
Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Practice Type: Private
Salary: £35,000 basic + fantastic commission structure
Start Date: When the right candidate is found
⏰ Working Hours
Monday–Saturday | 8:45am–5:45pm
✨ Alternate Saturdays
✨ Day off in lieu when a Saturday is worked
✨ Full-time permanent position

You'll be joining a modern private practice focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centred dentistry within a professional and welcoming environment.
The practice offers a broad range of treatments and places a strong emphasis on providing patients with a smooth, personalised journey from their initial consultation through to treatment completion.
Using Dentally software, you'll work closely with clinicians and the wider practice team to ensure patients receive an exceptional experience at every stage.

As Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Conducting treatment consultations and explaining treatment options
✔ Building strong relationships and trust with patients
✔ Supporting patients with their treatment decisions
✔ Coordinating treatment plans between patients and clinicians
✔ Following up enquiries and treatment plans
✔ Maximising treatment acceptance and conversion
✔ Consistently working towards and exceeding KPIs
✔ Supporting the practice in achieving its commercial goals
✔ Providing an exceptional patient experience from first contact through to treatment completion

Essential
✔ Previous experience working as a Dental Treatment Coordinator
✔ Extensive knowledge of dental implants and orthodontics
✔ Confident and enthusiastic personality
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Patient-focused approach
✔ Commercially driven and comfortable with sales
✔ Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed KPIs
✔ Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
✔ Passion for delivering an exceptional patient journey

⭐ GDC Registered
⭐ Previous Dental Nursing background
⭐ 5+ years' experience as a TCO within private dentistry
