An exciting opportunity has become available for a GDC-registered Dental Nurse to join a relaxed, friendly and well-established private dental practice in Watford.
This is a particularly varied role, combining Dental Nursing with Reception/Admin responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both the clinical and patient-facing sides of dentistry.
The practice has a genuinely relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and is looking for a reliable, professional team member who can become a valued part of the practice long term.

Position: Dental Nurse & Reception

Location: Watford
Working Pattern: Full-time ideally, but part-time considered
Part-Time: Ideally a minimum of 3 days per week
Days: Monday–Friday + 2 Saturdays per month
Start Date: ASAP
🕒 Working Hours
Monday–Friday: 09:00–17:00
Late evening: One evening per week, finishing at 18:00 or 19:00
Saturdays: 10:00–16:00, 2 Saturdays per month

🧩 Your Responsibilities
As a Dental Nurse & Receptionist, you'll:
Provide high-quality chairside support to clinicians
Assist with general, implant and oral surgery procedures
Prepare and maintain the surgery to excellent clinical standards
Maintain strong infection prevention and cross-contamination standards
Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional experience
Support reception and front-of-house duties as required
Assist with general administrative tasks
Help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
Work collaboratively with the wider team
The role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys having variety in their day and is happy moving between clinical nursing and reception responsibilities.
