We are currently recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed dental practice in Epsom, Surrey, on a 9–12 month maternity cover contract, starting April 2027.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, well-equipped practice with a supportive clinical team and a strong existing patient base. With a growing private patient list, there is also a genuine opportunity for the successful candidate to transition into a permanent associate position following the maternity cover.

The Role
- Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
- Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Contract: 9–12 months, with potential for a permanent position
- UDA Rate: From £13 per UDA, negotiable depending on experience and postgraduate qualifications.
- UDA Target: Approximately 20–30 UDAs per day, with 4,000–5,500 UDAs available pro rata across four days.
- Private Split: 50% on private treatments, including cosmetic, aligner and restorative dentistry.
- Lab Fees: 50/50 split.
