This is not simply a day-to-day operational management position. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in growing a dental practice, driving revenue, developing marketing strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
Working across both general and specialist dentistry, you will have the opportunity to shape the practice's commercial direction, build patient numbers, strengthen its reputation and maximise its potential.

The Role
- Take the lead in driving practice growth, profitability and commercial performance.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new patients and increase patient retention.
- Identify and deliver business development opportunities.
- Drive treatment conversion, patient engagement and revenue growth.
- Lead, motivate and develop the wider practice team.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain excellent clinical governance and compliance standards.
- Take ownership of CQC compliance, ensuring the practice remains inspection-ready.
- Work closely with the clinicians and wider team to deliver an exceptional private patient experience.
- Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager within private dentistry is essential.
- A proven track record of successfully growing a dental practice or healthcare business.
- Strong marketing and business development experience, with demonstrable results.
- Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance and governance.
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- A proactive, ambitious and entrepreneurial approach.
- Location: Paddington, London
- Salary: Up to £50,000 OTE, depending on experience
- Working days: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
