Associate Dentist – Nottinghamshire
Location: Nottinghamshire, NG24
Salary: £13–£14 per UDA + 50% Private Split
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 4–5 days per week (3 days considered)
We are currently recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established and growing independent mixed dental practice in Nottinghamshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a practice with an established reputation, a loyal patient base and a strong demand for both NHS and private dentistry.
With approximately 12,500–13,000 registered patients and around 80–100 new patients joining every month, there is fantastic potential for the successful candidate to build a busy list and develop their private dentistry.
The practice has continued to invest in its facilities, recently expanding and refurbishing its surgeries, including the addition of two new surgeries within the last 18 months.
The Role
This is a modern, independent mixed practice with six surgeries and a friendly, experienced clinical team.
The practice offers an approximately 50/50 NHS and private patient mix, with no new adult NHS patients currently being accepted, creating excellent opportunities to grow a private patient list.

The Role
- Position: Associate Dentist
- Contract: Permanent
- Days: Monday – Friday (4–5 days preferred, 3 days considered)
- Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- UDA Rate: £13–£14 per UDA, depending on experience.
- UDA Allocation: Approximately 3,000–4,000 UDAs.
- Private Split: 50% of private fees.
- Start Date: ASAP, although the practice is happy to wait for the right candidate.
- Software: SOE (Software of Excellence).

Requirements
- Fully qualified and GDC-registered Dentist.
- Active NHS Performer Number.
- Experience in general dentistry.
- Patient-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
- Competitive UDA rate of £13–£14.
- 50% private fee split.
