Practice Manager – Private Dental & Aesthetic Practice, Maidstone
£17.50 per hour + performance-related bonus
Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (no weekends)

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, fully private dental and aesthetic practice in the heart of Maidstone. With two surgeries and a small, close-knit team, this is a practice where everyone knows each other and patient care comes first.
They're now looking for an experienced Practice Manager to take the lead on the day-to-day running of the business.
The Role

The Role
- Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the practice — reception, diary management and patient flow across both surgeries
- Managing, motivating and supporting a small, friendly team
- Maintaining CQC compliance standards, policies and practice documentation
- Managing stock control, supplier relationships and equipment servicing schedules
- Handling patient queries, feedback and complaints with professionalism and care
- Supporting the clinical team with treatment planning coordination and patient journey management
- Monitoring practice performance, including private treatment revenue and patient retention
- Recruiting, onboarding and training new team members as the practice grows
- Previous experience as a Practice Manager or in a strong Deputy/Senior role within a dental practice (private experience highly desirable)
- Solid working knowledge of CQC compliance and dental regulations
- Confident leading and motivating a small team
- Excellent communication skills with a genuinely patient-focused approach
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable juggling competing priorities
- £17.50 per hour + performance-related bonus
- Monday to Friday working pattern — no weekends
