🦷 The Role
As Lead Dental Nurse, you'll play a key role in both clinical support and team development, working closely with clinicians and nursing staff to ensure the practice runs efficiently and delivers an exceptional patient experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
✨ Leading and supporting the nursing team
✨ Providing chairside assistance across a range of treatments
✨ Assisting with compliance, audits, and clinical protocols
✨ Supporting the training and development of team members
✨ Maintaining high standards of patient care and infection control
✨ Supporting Implant and General Dentistry procedures
📋 About You
✔️ GDC-registered Dental Nurse
✔️ At least 2 years of Dental Nursing experience
✔️ Previous experience supporting compliance and audits
✔️ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔️ Comfortable using Exact software
✔️ Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
⭐ Implant nursing experience would be highly advantageous
💰 Salary:
£14–£16 per hour, depending on experience
🕒 Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
07:45am – 17:15pm
