An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join a modern, fast-growing mixed practice that is currently expanding into a brand-new 4-surgery facility equipped with the latest digital technology.
This is an ideal role for a clinician who enjoys general dentistry but also wants the opportunity to further develop interests in areas such as Invisalign, implants, cosmetic dentistry, or endodontics within a highly progressive environment. ✨

The practice is growing quickly, investing heavily in technology and infrastructure, and looking for someone who wants to grow alongside it long term.

📍 The Role

Position: Associate Dentist
Employment Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: 3 days per week
Potential to increase days over time as the practice expands

⏰ Working Hours

09:00 – 17:00
A stable, structured schedule offering excellent work-life balance while still providing strong earning and growth potential.

💷 Remuneration

• 45% private split (negotiable depending on experience)
• £13–£14 per UDA
• Strong long-term private earning potential as the practice grows

👤 Who We’re Looking For

Essential:

• GDC-registered Dentist
• Confident in general dentistry
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
• Professional, reliable, and growth-minded attitude
