📍 Role Overview
Position: Associate Dentist
Contract Type: Permanent
Practice Type: Mixed NHS & Private
Working Pattern: 3–5 days per week
Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00
💷 Remuneration Package
£13.50 – £16.00 per UDA
50% private fee split
50% lab fee split
This structure provides strong earning potential, with clear scope to increase private income as you develop within the practice.
