We’re currently recruiting for an exciting and rare opportunity for a Practice Manager / Business Development Manager to join a high-end, fully private dental practice in Epping.
This is a key leadership position within the business, where you’ll play a pivotal role in both the day-to-day running of the practice and the long-term growth and development of the clinic.
Unlike a traditional Practice Manager role, this is a highly commercial, hands-on position, focused on driving performance, improving systems, enhancing the patient journey, and supporting treatment uptake, while still remaining closely involved in the front-line operations when required.

✨ Role Overview:
- Full-time role (part-time considered for the right candidate)
- Monday–Friday
- Standard hours: 09:00–17:00 (Thursday 09:00–18:00)
- Fully private, 3-surgery practice
- Competitive salary (dependent on experience)
- Blend of operations, leadership, and business development responsibilities
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the practice and supporting the clinical and non-clinical team
- Streamlining systems, workflows, and improving overall efficiency
- Enhancing the patient journey from enquiry through to treatment completion
- Supporting treatment conversion and driving business growth
- Managing CRM systems and patient communications
- Being hands-on at reception/desk support when required
- Has strong experience in dental practice management or senior leadership within a dental setting
- Thrives in a busy, high-end private practice environment
- Enjoys improving systems, processes, and patient experience
- Has a strong commercial mindset with a focus on growth and performance
- Is proactive, hands-on, and an excellent communicator
