Part-Time | Mixed NHS & Private | Practice Expansion Role

An ambitious and forward-thinking dental practice in the Hornsey area is looking to recruit an Associate Dentist to join its growing clinical team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a practice that is actively developing, with exciting plans underway to relocate into a brand-new, larger, state-of-the-art facility.

🏥 About the Practice

Currently operating from a well-established two-surgery site, the practice is entering an exciting phase of growth, with plans to expand into a four-surgery modern clinic in the near future. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to grow alongside a progressing, investment-led practice.
  • Fully digital workflow throughout
  • Advanced equipment including iTero scanner and digital radiography
  • Wide scope of treatments including general dentistry, implants, orthodontics, and endodontics
  • Strong emphasis on clinical development and modern dentistry
📅 Working Pattern
  • 3 days per week: Monday, Tuesday & Friday
  • 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Potential to increase sessions as the practice expands
💷 Package & Earnings
  • Mixed NHS and private role
  • UDA rate: £13–£14 (depending on experience)
  • 45% private remuneration (open to discussion)
  • Growing private patient base with strong future earning potential
🦷 Role Overview

The position involves delivering a balanced mix of NHS and private dentistry within a supportive, well-equipped environment. There is genuine scope to build on clinical interests and expand treatment offerings as the practice continues to grow.

You’ll be joining a team that actively encourages progression, skill development, and clinical confidence.

👤 Ideal Candidate

Essential:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in general dentistry
  • GDC registered with an active NHS performer number
  • Confident managing a mixed NHS/private workload
  • Strong focus on patient care and clinical quality
Desirable:
  • Interest or experience in:
    • Endodontics
    • Implants
    • Invisalign / orthodontics
    • Aesthetic dentistry
Support is available for dentists looking to develop these areas further within the practice.
