The RoleYou'll be responsible for:
• Managing the patient journey from enquiry through to treatment acceptance
• Driving treatment conversion rates and revenue growth
• Leading, coaching, and motivating the TCO team
• Taking ownership of CRM performance and lead management
• Re-engaging existing patients and identifying new revenue opportunities
• Monitoring KPIs, reporting performance, and implementing improvements
• Supporting events, promotions, and business development initiatives
About You• Proven Treatment Coordinator experience within private dentistry or aesthetics
• Strong track record of achieving conversion and sales targets
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
• Confident using CRM systems and analysing performance data
• Ambitious, proactive, and motivated by success
Working PatternBased primarily in White City (W12) with occasional cover required at the Chelsea (SW5) practice.
Flexibility is essential, with shifts scheduled across clinic opening hours:
• Monday–Saturday: 10:00am – 9:00pm
• Sunday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm

• £40,000 basic salary
