Working Days: Monday–Friday
Working Hours: 08:00–17:00 / 09:00–18:00 (rota basis)
Salary: £32,000–£35,000 per annum 💷

🎯 The Role
As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll be the key link between the clinical team and patients, ensuring every patient feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their treatment journey.
You'll use your dental knowledge and strong communication skills to discuss treatment options, coordinate patient care, and help convert enquiries into treatment acceptance.
✅ Essential Requirements
✔ Proven sales experience with a confident and proactive approach
✔ Previous experience within a dental setting
✔ Dental receptionist experience
✔ Strong dental knowledge
✔ Excellent written and spoken English
✔ Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Management or coordination experience is highly desirable.
⭐ Desirable Skills & Experience
➕ Previous TCO experience
➕ Lead Dental Nurse experience
➕ Additional reception experience
