📍 The Role

Position: Dental Nurse
Employment Type: Permanent
Practice Type: Fully Private (4 surgeries, modern and well-equipped)
Working Days: Monday – Friday (no weekends)
Hours: 08:30 – 17:45
Software: SOE
Clinical Focus: General & Cosmetic Dentistry (including cosmetic-focused days)

You’ll be working closely with clinicians across a varied private caseload, with strong emphasis on cosmetic treatments and premium patient care.

💷 Salary & Progression

• £16 – £17 per hour starting salary
• Up to £18 per hour for nurses who take on CQC responsibilities 💸 (full training provided)
• Clear pathway for progression within the practice

• Providing high-quality chairside support across general and cosmetic treatments
• Preparing and maintaining surgeries to a premium clinical standard
• Delivering a calm, confident, and reassuring patient experience
• Supporting compliance, infection control, and daily clinical operations
• Assisting with CQC-related responsibilities (training provided)
• Working closely within a small, supportive team environment

👤 Candidate Requirements

Essential:
• GDC-registered Dental Nurse
• 2–3 years clinical experience
• Confident, reliable, and comfortable in a busy private setting
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Desirable:
• Interest in leadership or senior responsibilities
• Willingness to develop into CQC/compliance duties
• Exposure to cosmetic/private dentistry
